W: 330 ÷ 360. A professional blend of soft wheat flours obtained from the complete processing of the grain. It retains bran on a large scale and fine, as well as 100% viable fibers and wheat germ. IN3 is OUTSIDE THE BOX and classifications because this flour has an ash content higher than 0.95% but lower than 1.30% compared to whole wheat flours. IN3 combines excellent nutritional characteristics with superior processability compared to whole flour.
