The wine: What a shock this 1985 vintage is! This natural sweet red wine underwent oxidative aging outdoors for 1 year in demijohns, followed by 27 years (!) in oak casks. The result is a unique cuvée with a brick-red hue, where aromas of prunes and preserved black fruits blend with notes of mocha, cocoa, dried figs, nuts, and pepper in a sublime balance.
