Wine: Unisson from the Franck Bonville estate is a magnificent Champagne that showcases the great richness and purity of the Chardonnays from the Grand Cru village of Avize in the Côte des Blancs. A delightful and harmonious roundness brings buttery and brioche notes, beautifully complemented by fruity hints of citrus, green apple, but especially leaning towards apricot and pear. Maturity and minerality work here "in unison" for our greatest gastronomic pleasure and form the backbone of this exceptional Blanc de blancs! The estate: The winemaking history of the Bonville siblings dates back to the early 20th century when Alfred Bonville purchased his first plots in 1900. From the 1930s onwards, the adventure took a more serious turn as the family acquired a winemaker's house in Avize, just a few kilometers south of Épernay. Franck Bonville then joined his father at the estate.
