Der OPTISONIC 7300 ist ein universelles 2-Pfad-Ultraschall-Durchflussmessgerät für Prozessgas- und Verbrauchsgasmessungen in Öl- und Gasraffinerien oder in der chemischen oder petrochemischen Industrie. Er eignet sich auch für Erdgas-Anwendungen im nicht-eichpflichtigen Verkehr oder Anwendungen mit (Druck)Luft, Misch- oder Rauchgasen (bis +180°C / +356°F). Auf Basis des Laufzeitdifferenzverfahrens bietet der OPTISONIC 7300 einen großen Durchflussbereich (bis DN600 / 24", Messspanne: 100:1).
Unter Verwendung von Temperatur- und Drucksensoren, die direkt an das Gerät angeschlossen werden können, lässt sich der gemessene Volumendurchfluss immer auf Normbedingungen umrechnen. Der OPTISONIC 7300 hat nicht die Einschränkungen, die für Turbinenradzähler oder herkömmliche Gasdurchflussmessgeräte typisch sind, wie zum Beispiel regelmäßige Neukalibrierungen, Wartung, Druckverlust und ein begrenzter Durchflussbereich. Das Durchflussmessgerät bietet zahlreiche digitale Kommunikationsoptionen.
