The "all-in-one" solution
The basic version of the OPTISWIRL 4200 is equipped with temperature compensation for saturated steam applications. With an optional pressure sensor, the OPTISWIRL 4200 features integrated density compensation that allows for accurate measurement of gas and superheated steam in the presence of variable process conditions. The integrated measurement of gross and net calorific value makes the OPTISWIRL 4200 vortex flowmeter a reliable partner for advanced energy management systems.
The OPTISWIRL 4200 vortex flowmeter has been designed for critical safety applications. It has been developed in accordance with the IEC 61508 edition 2 standard. The certification is covered by the comprehensive assessment procedure from TÜV Süd. Thus, the OPTISWIRL 4200 is suitable for continuous volume flow measurement in SIL2 classified safety applications.
