The units are constructed from a single steel sheet, with both the motor and axial wheel mounted within the length of the fan housing. All housing parts are thick soft steel sheets or pre-galvanized steel sheets, roll-formed and welded, then hot-dip galvanized according to BS EN ISO 1461 after manufacturing.
