Innovative & user-friendly The BLK®-6 is a newly developed UV drying system designed for the highest industrial requirements. With the BLK®-6, there is an extraordinary increase in drying performance compared to conventional UV systems, without increasing the UV lamp output. This means greater productivity with reduced operating costs. (1) URS® Inlay Technology The completely redesigned URS® reflectors have been optimized using state-of-the-art ray tracing software to increase UV yield on the substrate. The URS® Inlay Technology allows for quick replacement of the reflectors. (2) UV Online Sensor With the UV Online Sensor, it is possible to measure the UV radiation output of a UV system online and check it at any time on the operating display. It is integrated into the reflector surface, making production reproducible at all times. (3) Optimal Heat Management The heat introduced into the process is.
