The CryLaS High-Power Series lasers are diode-pumped solid-state lasers (DPSS lasers) based on a microchip design. This consists of an Nd:YAG resonator with a directly coupled saturable absorber that functions as a passive Q-switch. As the first development by CryLaS GmbH, these lasers have been extensively tested in industrial and scientific applications. They stand out for their reliability, especially in the OEM sector, and offer high pulse powers with comparatively small housing dimensions. Through frequency conversion, the lasers are available from IR to DUV. The FDSS532-150 laser delivers 150 µJ pulse energy at a maximum repetition rate of 100 Hz and a pulse width of 1.2 ns, resulting in a pulse peak power of 125 kW. CryLaS lasers impress with easy installation, maintenance-free operation, and long lifespan. This makes them ideal for OEM applications and demanding laboratory setups.
