Inside the multi-component force transducer, there are two beams offset by 90° each equipped with a full Wheatstone bridge, which convert the radially acting X/Y forces on the guide bushing into an electrical signal.
Due to the sensor body made from a single part with its special structure, the sensor exhibits very high dimensional accuracy and low crosstalk between the two acting forces.
Thanks to its special design, the sensor has excellent linearity characteristics and is designed for a long lifespan in dynamic applications.
The two independently routed signal connections allow for flexible adaptation and further processing.
