The fact that European drivers change their cars quite often, and electrification is invading the automotive market in the EU, a rising number of diesel and gasoline cars are dismantled daily. Due to the high demand from our international customers, and the increasing number of dismantlers in Spain, we are now sourcing engines from about 30 car breakers in our area in order to meet the high demand of our global buyers in a short period of time. We export used automotive and truck engines and spare parts with loaded 20ft or 40ft container units to all over the world. We place lifting straps on all engines to make sure they are safely loaded and easily unloaded when reaching destination. We partner with car dismantlers in Spain to source used engines and spare parts for all makes of vehicle including European, Japanese and Korean brands. Most engines are sold complete, ready to fit with gearbox and all the ancillaries. We check the mileage of the vehicle and control the engine to make sure it’s in good working conditions.

The high strength steel struts (weighing only 24 kg) can be fitted to any ISO shipping container corner casting in a matter of minutes. Once fitted, a container weighing up to 30 tons can be removed, or replaced onto a truck chassis by just one person. All that's required is a container mounted on a truck's air suspension equipped chassis. After the suspension of the chassis has been adjusted, a truck can simply drive away, leaving a container standing for as long as needs be. Of course, the same procedure can be carried out in reverse to replace the container on the truck. The possibilities for enhancing, streamlining and reducing costs in a supply chain are vast.
