Over the decades the aftercare service developed, undertaking a handful of planned and preventative maintenance contracts for its own customers. In 2013 Robinsons Facilities Services became a company in its own right offering maintenance and repair services for commercial boilers and heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing assets. From 2013 to the present day the company has enjoyed year-on-year growth, now being over four times the size it was in 2013 and broadening its service offering to include fire, security and life safety systems and many other commercial building services. We now have over 500 sites in Yorkshire, dealing with a variety of sectors including leisure, industrial, healthcare, multi-property residential landlords and education. Lee Ashworth, the founder of Lee Ashworth Roofing initially started out as a Roofing Apprentice in the 1980’s for a leading nationwide roofing company based in Doncaster. Working for a company of this size that held contracts for the larger scale projects, and working alongside more senior and highly skilled timed served contractors, this taught him not only the traditional methods in roofing, but also the most up to date and advanced techniques and methods. In 1988, Lee then launched Lee Ashworth Roofing. Being young yet knowledgeable, he managed to acquire a number of medium sized roofing contracts working for nationwide supermarket chains, larger building contractors, metal companies and the NHS, alongside the smaller domestic contracts.Lee Ashworth Roofing has provided service to their customers not only within the South Yorkshire region, but also throughout the wider areas of West Yorkshire, North Midlands and Lincolnshire.Although known for being a Felt Roof Specialist Company, we have carried out and completed some of the most difficult and technical contracts on Tile Roofs including New Builds, Heritage Properties, Listed Buildings and most commonly, Historical Churches.

If you're looking for us to quote on the job for a property you're looking to buy, this is chargeable with a fixed low cost. The great majority of our jobs comprise us sourcing all materials, handling all contractors and ensuring the project is finished to the highest standard. We'll work with you to manage your project from start to finish. We will be happy to show you any of our previous jobs as well as testimonials from many satisfied customers. Our Managing Director Steve manages all of our projects. He will be your point of contact and will support you throughout. As a respectable building company will don’t require the full amount to be paid upfront. Once we have given you an estimate and you want to proceed, a detailed contract will be drawn up which will state set milestones with your project/works when stage payments will be required. The final payment will be required only once all works are completed. Our most common payment terms are between 3 and 4 intervals.
