The Cradley Heath building still stands in the original location since the 1900’s and serves as the registered head office for the business, all the Hickton family are based here along with a large long standing team of dedicated and experienced staff. Originally the local “undertakers” we are now one of the leading funeral directors in the area, providing funeral services across the West Midlands in the Dudley area. We have funeral homes in Cradley Heath, Halesowen, Bartley Green, Castle Bromwich and our sister company, Edward John Funerals in Penn, serving Wolverhampton.

Our funeral home branch in Halesowen is located on the Stourbridge Road in Halesowen (near Tesco Express), formerly this branch was located on Windmill Hill in Colley Gate, Halesowen. The decision was taken in 2021 to relocate the branch funeral home to a larger, more prominent location closer to Halesowen town centre. This new branch office was opened in November 2021. This funeral home has private arrangement rooms, two viewing rooms and a very welcoming reception area along with private parking on the front of the office. All funeral plans which were held at Windmill Hill have been transferred to this new funeral home and plan holders wrote too. As funeral directors based in Halesowen we offer a wide selection of funeral services throughout the large Halesowen area including the Sandwell and Dudley boroughs. You can reach us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we will always assist you with your funeral service needs in Halesowen, Sandwell or Dudley.
