We operate the latest CNC turning and CNC milling machines working with materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and exotic alloys. The company produce high-quality turned parts and machined components on sliding head CNC and fixed head CNC mill/turn lathes. Batch sizes vary from 200 to 100000 upwards with our aim to offer the complete turned component package working in component sizes of 2mm dia upto 65mm dia with 24 hour production, 7 days per week. We also have a CNC machining centre to allow us to cater for any milled or machined component requirements.

We can work from many different file formats or even a simple sketch. Once we have the information you need to engrave we will provide you with a no obligation quotation, should you decide to proceed we will forward an approval form showing a photograph of the results obtained before we proceed to engrave your batch of parts. Our laser job shop is equipped with laser systems available with rotation axis for marking around the circumference of parts and also can offer a large marking area of 300x300mm.
