We manufacture a number of pewter compositions suitable to a variety of types of casting and objects. Most of the pewter we supply is destined to be cast into vulcanised rubber moulds which are spun so that centrifugal force helps to fill the mould cavity and eject any air. We supply a variety of compositions for this type of casting which are selected to suit the type of items being cast.

Regal Moulds are toolmakers specialising in the design and manufacture of injection mould tools. We have a team of highly skilled toolmakers, enabling us to manufacture all types of tooling, from single impression aluminium prototypes to complex, multi-cavity, hot-runner production tools. We also undertake sub-contract wire erosion, spark erosion and electrode manufacture for other toolmakers. We specialise in the manufacture of high precision fully hardened production mould tools up to 1.5 tons in weight. We also produce moulds in P20 or Aluminium for prototype or low volume production. Mould tool modifications and repairs are used are also carried out here at Regal Moulds LTD.
