Welcome to WHOLESALE BEDS, a UK supplier of Contract Bed Frames. Our aim is simple: to provide contract specification bed frames at very competitive prices, and fantastic service to all of our customers. Established in 2002, but with a wealth of experience going back to the late 70’s, we are one of the UK’s largest suppliers of bed frames to property professionals. We offer a wide range of metal, solid wood & faux leather bed frames available in sizes ranging from 3 foot to 6 foot (Single to Super King size). All of the side rails on our Contract bed frames are at least 1.5mm thick, and do not require the traditional centre support legs that invariably collapse or cause damage to carpet & wooden floor surfaces. Our bed frames are designed to give outstanding performance in the following environments: • Hotels, B&B’s and Guest House Accommodation • Student Accommodation • University Halls of Residence • Youth Hostels • Temporary Event Accommodation • Holiday Park Accommodation • Residential Lettings. The vast majority of our bed frames are mesh based, which means we can confidently give a 5 year guarantee on all our mesh based frames. Some of the frames are also FIRA tested so you can be sure you are receiving a quality product. The strength and design of our range sets us apart from what others have to offer. We set our own specifications and simply don’t accept what are on offer in manufacturers’ showrooms.

ALPHA MANUFACTURING are a UK based Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator located in Hixon, Stafford. We manufacture sheet metal fabrications, and offer metal design and engineering services. Additionally, we provide a quick turnaround of metal prototypes using our full range of expert sheet metal fabrication techniques including: Design - Sheet metal fabrication products are developed in a 3D environment on CAD software. Computer models of the metal products can be produced to ensure that assemblies are consistently successful at prototype stage. Prototyping - The metal prototyping service 'Alpha XP' enables one off metal prototypes in sheet metal, stainless steel or a non-ferrous metal, utilising as many of the metal production processes as required within Alpha's sheet metal services. Laser Cutting - Alpha's extremely versatile and efficient laser cutting machines can work in a range of material types and thickness' from mild steel to wood and plastic. The laser cutting machines have a table size of 4000mm x 2000mm. CNC Punching - Alpha Manufacturing's CNC punching facilities comprise of three Pullmax machines and one Trumph machine, each offering unrivalled process speeds. CNC Folding - Alpha Manufacturing has a range of forming facilities, each of them designed to suit differing product types.
