Industry sectors we serve include: Aerospace Power Generation Land based turbines Chimney flues Heating and ventilating Telecoms Lighting Storage drums Percussion drum hoops Using in-house design and test facilities we make difficult to form ring sections from sheet metal or coil strip of uniform thickness up to a maximum of 3mm. Contour cold rolled forming produces close to high integrity parts (with little or no subsequent finishing). This is what sets it apart from other more expensive methods such as forging, pressing or machining. Materials we work in include high-temperature alloys, titanium, aluminium, stainless and mild steels.

VICTORIA FORGINGS are stockists and manufacturers of quality drop and press forged parts, in aluminium, brass and various grades of steel. We manufacture forgings to give the optimum strength weight ratio thus considerably reducing cycle times when compared to machining from solid. As a company we have been supplying aerospace components inclduing fuel line and hydraulic connector forgings into the aersopace industry since the 1930s and currently supply forged connectors and fittings which are used on the Rolls Royce Trent engine range. We also supply similar forged connectors, ultimately used by major North American engine manufacturers.
