We have over 20 years’ experience in the design and manufacturing industry of bespoke watches, collaborating closely with global brands and fashion houses to deliver original products. From the beginning stages of sharing thoughts and ideas to the manufacture of a series of custom watches, we invest just as much time and thought into helping others as we do with WT Author. Design your own watch with our dedicated creative team. Before a watch is created, a group of concepts is rendered and presented to the client before progressing onto detailed technical drawings generated by our watch designers. Producing projects by using a combination of traditional and innovative approaches with our detailed knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, composition, how the product fits and market trends. Recent shifts in computer-aided design has opened the possibilities of working in 3D packages (Rhinoceros 3D) and 2D illustration techniques using Adobe CC. A CAD model is used as a basis for CNC or 3D printed models across a multitude of processes by our watch designers.

ALPHA MANUFACTURING are a UK based Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator located in Hixon, Stafford. We manufacture sheet metal fabrications, and offer metal design and engineering services. Additionally, we provide a quick turnaround of metal prototypes using our full range of expert sheet metal fabrication techniques including: Design - Sheet metal fabrication products are developed in a 3D environment on CAD software. Computer models of the metal products can be produced to ensure that assemblies are consistently successful at prototype stage. Prototyping - The metal prototyping service 'Alpha XP' enables one off metal prototypes in sheet metal, stainless steel or a non-ferrous metal, utilising as many of the metal production processes as required within Alpha's sheet metal services. Laser Cutting - Alpha's extremely versatile and efficient laser cutting machines can work in a range of material types and thickness' from mild steel to wood and plastic. The laser cutting machines have a table size of 4000mm x 2000mm. CNC Punching - Alpha Manufacturing's CNC punching facilities comprise of three Pullmax machines and one Trumph machine, each offering unrivalled process speeds. CNC Folding - Alpha Manufacturing has a range of forming facilities, each of them designed to suit differing product types.
