We operate the latest CNC turning and CNC milling machines working with materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and exotic alloys. The company produce high-quality turned parts and machined components on sliding head CNC and fixed head CNC mill/turn lathes. Batch sizes vary from 200 to 100000 upwards with our aim to offer the complete turned component package working in component sizes of 2mm dia upto 65mm dia with 24 hour production, 7 days per week. We also have a CNC machining centre to allow us to cater for any milled or machined component requirements.

With a mixture of single and double action presses, we have the flexibility to deliver efficiency through our tandem lines, competitively. We also have progression presses in our plant list that we utilise for competitive volume components too.
