We use a closed die stamping system which involves using a set of dies (upper and lower) to shape metal parts. The dies are designed with cavities that match the desired part geometry. When the dies close, they compress the metal between them, creating the required shape. The applications of hot brass stamping are vast, catering to sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and decorative hardware.
