We use a closed die stamping system which involves using a set of dies (upper and lower) to shape metal parts. The dies are designed with cavities that match the desired part geometry. When the dies close, they compress the metal between them, creating the required shape. The applications of hot brass stamping are vast, catering to sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and decorative hardware. As a company we have been supplying aerospace components inclduing fuel line and hydraulic connector forgings into the aersopace industry since the 1930s and currently supply forged connectors and fittings which are used on the Rolls Royce Trent engine range. We also supply similar forged connectors, ultimately used by major North American engine manufacturers.
