Pontrilas are one of the largest wooden pallet manufacturers in the UK and are producing between 50, 000 - 60, 000 pallets per week from our 17 acre manufacturing site using fully automated machinery; this guarantees a continuity of quality and correct pallet specification every single time. Pontrilas also have the backing of its own 35 acre saw mill based in Hereford, which also guarantees continuity of quality timber and also never having an issue with timber shortages which many other pallet companies experience quite often. Pontrilas have the capacity to supply and store large volumes of pallets to the industry at very competitive rates and our quality is second to none, we are also suppliers of Euro Pallet Collars, Crates and cases. Pontrilas use a Pallet Design System software, and following a site visit from one of our trained pallet sales representatives they will enter all the relevant pallet details and measurements into this software, this enables us to produce exact and accurate pallet drawings, specifications and detailed weight analysis information which is vital in pallet design to ensure the finished pallet is more than capable for the job intended.
