We are currently updating our packaging to be made from 100% recycled and biodegradable materials. We have already introduced this with our new product ranges and pledge that all packaging will be made from recycled materials by 2022. We have upgraded to higher quality leather for some existing ranges to bring you the same practical and desirable styles that you love but with a better hand feel. Trade Moulding Specialists Since 1985 At Oxford Plastics we work in partnership with our trade moulding customers. We produce long-lasting and environmentally conscious products through the use of recycled plastic and virgin materials. We are a recycled plastic manufacturer and proud member of the British Plastics Federation. Supporting you every step of the way You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will guide you through the trade moulding process, building the product brief and taking this through to production. Our product designers will work in partnership with you to create the conceptual design of your product. Speak to our materials experts who source and test plastic. We have experience working with a range of materials and pride ourselves on being environmentally conscious & using recycled plastic wherever possible. We specialise in plastic moulding including injection moulding, compression moulding and blow moulding. Your mould is your asset; we offer tool design and general maintenance. Before the production stage, we can offer prototypes and samples ¬. We use these to test your product ahead of the main production run. We look after the project through to post-production support. We work with you to ensure every stage of the product’s life is considered, this includes forecasting production, arranging packaging, shipping the product, storing the tool and following up to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
