We have manufactured precision screen printing frames since 1978 and continue to develop our products in order to meet the most demanding specifications. We offer a range of over 50 frame sections which we can guarantee will exceed the needs of all screen printers. All Angell Frames are made from special, high-tensile ali, being at least 40% stronger than standard aluminium. Our products are supplied to customers who print using presses from all the major manufactures including: Atma, M&R, Sakurai, Sias, SPS, Svecia & Thieme. We also offer a range of handles, coating troughs and custom built stretching tables. We fit inserts, registration bars and custom fixings on demand. Orders to UK mainland are usually fulfilled within 24 hours direct from our manufacturing facility in Croydon, South London. Available off the shelf in a range of standard sizes or as a bespoke product to individual specification, Angell Frames produce the perfect print - time after time. We are one of the UK’s longest established suppliers of cold rolled section and produce bespoke sections in all materials for a diverse range of industries. In addition to the gangroll facilities we also are unique in being able to offer drawbench production , whereby we clad a core section which can be anything from an aluminium extrusion , timber core or HDPE core , with metal such as stainless , brass , copper , 90/10 gilding metal in a thin gauge. This gives the appearance of a solid section but with savings in cost , weight and production time - these can be produced in lengths of 8mt or greater and we have produced sections for many architects for use in applications varying from handrails , cill sections , frame surrounds , cabinets and many other uses. We also have an extensive polishing shop with a flat bed Bossi machine , multiple spindles and offer a sub contract polishing service for large runs of sections - amongst others, currently we supply the marine, pharmaceutical and automotive industry with mirror polished 316 stainless Sections.
