Bespoke 3D Printing Service: The Core of what we do is providing a bespoke 3D Printing Service. Why 3D Print? Speed to Market, Cost Saving, reduced Waste, Recycled Plastic .. Did you know the most common 3D Printed Material, PLA is a by product of corn and is Biodegradable? 3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. Mitchell and Son 3D Printing Service provides a totally bespoke 3D Printing Service for all sectors using a range of materials. PLA, ABS , Carbon Fibre, Resin, Steel, Inconel, Titanium and more Additive manufacturing uses data computer-aided-design (CAD) software or 3D object scanners to direct hardware to deposit material, layer upon layer, in precise geometric shapes. . It is defined as the process of joining materials to make objects from 3D model data, usually layer upon layer. CAD ( Computer aided design): The internet is a wash with 3D Models and CAD models of most things these days, but when a customer has a specific need and requires a bespoke item, we offer a full CAD service with willingness to sign an NDA if required

Additive Manufacturing (AM) is the process of successively adding material to build an object from a 3D model or other electronic data source. One of the most common AM processes is selective Laser Sintering (SLS). SLS uses a laser as its energy source to sinter powdered materials into a solid mass that conforms to the geometry of a 3D model. The advantage of using SLS is that it can create objects with structural integrity from a wide range of materials, including metals, glass, and plastics. At Mitchell and Son 3D Printing Service, we use SLS to produce high-quality, custom 3D printed objects for all sectors. We can print in a wide range of materials, including metals, glass, and plastics, and our cad drawings are always precise. Contact us today to learn more about our cad design services. Our additive manufacturing process is highly precise and allows for complex geometrical shapes to be created. In addition to cad drawing, cad design, cad engineering, and cad modelling, we also provide cad drafting services. Please get in touch with us if you require a custom 3D printed object.

  4. LYSIS TECHNOLOGIES

    United Kingdom

Lysis Technologies Ltd was set up as a Research and Development laboratory to provide unique capabilities, which goes far beyond conventional printing ink and coating concepts. We design and manufacture bespoke solutions to comply with customer’s specifications. These solutions are either just ink related or complete state-of-the packaging concepts for e.g. the FMCG industry. Upon completion of the project clients asked us to manufacture the products of our research or to provide formulation guidelines for their partners. This led to the installation of a fully equipped manufacturing unit in which inks could be prepared from the basic ingredients of pigments, resins, solvents and additives. We prepare all our own ink varnishes and all our own pigment dispersions giving us complete control over formulation and manufacture. By continually investing in the business we now have a suite of laboratories in which we can analyse, formulate and test inks for any of the printing processes.
