We support a number of programmes where we support people back to work from a number of challenging circumstances such as mental health issues, disabilities and incarceration. We work with disabled crochet and knitting clubs allowing them to enjoy working again, using their hobby as a way of earning income. We also support get back to work schemes where we allow people that have been incarcerated, the opportunity to learn a skill which, upon release, we are able to offer them work, allowing them to come off the benefit systems and paying tax, being proud of their new careers. This ensures that all of our artisan team hand craft each pair from their heart and they give extra attention to detail which we pride ourselves on at Louie.
