    CaterWaste supply and service waste food and fat greasetrap equipment to the restaurant and catering trade. The CaterWaste foodtrap is designed to capyure and retain even the smallest waste food particles and prevents it from entering the drainage system. We provide specialist routine collection service for the food trap waste and provide duty of care documentation to demonstrate to local authority inspectors that no waste food has been permitted to enter the drainage system in line with the new waste food regulations. All collected waste food is removed for recycling at registered food waste recovery plants and can be used to produce electricity and biofertiliser.
