Sandon Global, founded in 2004, are manufacturers of anilox rolls, sleeves and gravure cylinders. We laser engrave ceramic with our four state of the art high definition thermal optic lasers in order to produce anilox in the flexographic industry, gravure cylinders and coating rolls for offset and flexographic downstream units. As well as producing a comprehensive range of laser engravings, Sandon Global also supply and manufacture a wide range of ancillary products to enable our customers to care for their anilox. We are market leaders in producing gravure cylinders to attain an accurate ‘first time right’ coat weights. We do this through our specialised dry coat weight predictor called ‘COCAL.’ Sandon Global has a strong history of working with all of the current major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s).
