Every week, your progress is assessed through tasks and activities. Every two weeks you will have an individual teacher-student tutorial to help you identify areas for improvement. The Lake District National Park, 2 hours north of Manchester Airport, contains the highest mountains and the biggest lakes in England. Rydal Water, in the centre of the park, is 3 km from the villages of Grasmere and Ambleside. The area is famous for its wonderful scenery - at all times of year the landscape is magnificent and the walking is superb.
