Phase 3 Cable are a power cable hire company based in the North West of England. We dry hire pre-assembled single core copper leads with Phase 3’s Powersafe Connectors terminated and Network Connection Devices. Phase 3’s power equipment rental service offers bespoke cable hire. We supply HO7RN-F mains leads in different lengths and diameters. All our cable is available on simple, flexible lease agreements. Phase 3 hire TITANEX® single core power cable as it is one of the highest quality and productive cables available. We supply 1M length runs for power generator tails. Our lug to source powerlock cable hire allows for daisy chaining of leads for different specifications. Powersafe Connectors are used to assure electrical connections do not disconnect under load. The connectors are also colour coded to help identify the line phases - we used standard insulator electrical coding colours.

Our metalising & spray painting factory was founded in the early 1990s, in Chester – almost 30 years of experience! Well equipped with a range of automated machinery & tool room where new tooling is worked on & repaired. Vacuum metallising, or PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), is the process of physically plating a metal material onto a plastic part in a vacuum chamber. The evaporation of the metal occurs by metal wire being in contact with a heat source (electrically charged tungsten filament) in a closed chamber under high vacuum. The lack of pressure lowers the boiling point of the metal which causes the liquid metal to change to a gaseous phase. The metal vapour encounters the oxygen in the air forming a stable oxide layer on the surface of the components. This gives the component an environmentally friendly, decorative metallic coating (check out our Gallery to see finished products). Metallised plastic components can be recycled and is a great alternative to traditional metal shrouds or over-shelled options which can’t be easily separated for recycling.
