Typical first stage machining processes would include Trepanning, Cutting, Turning, Milling, Boring and Drilling. If you have the requirement, we are carrying good stocks of F51 & F55 Flange Blanks or could accept your free issue material to machine. Our West Midlands facility is fully equipped with Heat Treatment, CNC Lathes, Vertical Millers, Radial Arm Drills, Multi Head Bevelling Machines, Automatic/Manual Saws, and alongside some of the largest cold extrusion presses in Europe we can offer the full service from design to manufacture and in house testing and examination. SSE are a ISO9001 accredited company and hold various approvals including Norsok, Saudi Aramco, Shell, Rolls Royce and Exxon Mobil.

Midland Medical Services was founded in the mid-1980's. The core of the business is medical gas installation pipelines and maintenance. From our initial area of expertise however, we have been able to develop the medical gas installations business to offer the complete package, from design through to final commissioning and validation services. Similarly, we have been able to apply our work into laboratory gas installations and the adoption of the HTM practices by the non-medical laboratory industry has brought about contact with a much wider customer base.
