We produce approximately 100 products in our factory which is based in Batley, West Yorkshire, Products purchased can be filled in 500ml to 1000 Litre Containers. Deliveries are carried out on our own Vehicles within 7-10 working days. All products are batch marked and retention samples and records are kept. All sanitizing and disinfectant products are tested by independent Laboratories. Material Safety Data Sheets are available by Email or Hard Copy. We can also offer product and COSHH Training if needed for your staff or customers. Ottimo Supplies Ltd are ISO9001: 2015 registered which means we only use 1st Grade Products and Packaging and offer 1st Class Service.

The product inside the pod is untouched by hand or by any part of the dispenser at any time ensuring that the product maintains total product integrity from the factory to the ultimate customer. Each filled pod will dispense a full 165ml portion of frozen dessert.Most people are fully aware of the high cost of energy and associated problems experienced with conventional soft serve equipment, including the need to strip down, clean and sanitize, lubricate and reassemble on a regular basis. All this can lead to high service costs and spare part replacement, not to mention the liquid ice cream mix remaining in the machine at the end of the day that becomes expensive waste during the cleaning process.With One-Shot no part of the machine comes into contact with the frozen product at any time during the dispensing process, therefore eliminating the need to sanitize inside the One-Shot dispenser.
