Our products come in a variety options to meet all requirements including a small 200 sheet tub, a 6 Litre bucket of either 500 or 1000 sheets as well as 200, 700 and 1000 sheet refill packs designed to fit most wall mounted and free standing dispensers as well as the tubs and buckets our products come in. We also supply wall mounted dispenser units to fit our 700 and 1000 refill packs that are stylish and functional. Our Alcohol Free Wipes are certified to EN 1276 (effectiveness against bacteria) and EN 14476 (effectiveness against enveloped viruses) leaving a residual barrier for up to 30 days on hard surfaces. Our alcohol wipe products include Surface Wipes, CPR Manikin Wipes and come in small 200 sheet tubs and 6 Litre buckets of 500 wipes along with refill packs to fit in the small tub or any other small tub cutting down on plastic waste. Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards, our Alcohol Free Wipes condition the surfaces they are applied to rather than corrode them and are non toxic meaning no COSHH data sheet is required for their storage and use. The wipes are recyclable minimising the impact on the environment and refill packs can be purchased to further reduce plastic waste of the tub, simply open and add the refill pack to the tub to restock.

Smallest item being a 1 off piece on an old machine that the customer could not get parts for due to the age on the machine he owns.The machines we have allow for Lathe turning and 3 Axis Milling.The newest addition is a Lathe with milling functions eliminating the need for machined parts being removed from the Lathe and set up again to get milling features added.This reduces setup time and therefore cost of the parts is reducedCurrently the largest mills have a table of 1000 x 700.With the lathes the newest (introduced in March 2021) can take up 65mm bar feed and work on X, Y, Z, B, C axis and give us the milling capability within a lathe.Max dimeter on the chucks would be 250mm in billet formWe can also carry out Surface grinding and certain heat treatments in house.Within our Quality room we havea CMM machine for accurate measurements, Shadow graphing when we need to reverse engineer the parts and take some details from the partHeight gauge accurate to 3 decimal places, measuring items up to 600mm longMaterial Hardness testingThe business has a key feature over some other machine shops in that we have teamed up with Blackrock Electrics who carry out the electronic / automation side for us and with that partnership we have designed and built fully automated bespoke m
