We work with fixed prices and charge only for the main bedroom and a small additional charge per each and next bedroom. The whole rest of the property is treated for free, with all the furniture there. Since the best practice with bed bugs is to treat the whole property, we do not charge for hallways, stair, sitting and living areas, kitchens and bathrooms. Our service is guaranteed after three treatments, but in most cases we manage with 1-2 treatments, which is a very high success rate.
