We specialise in packaging for the bakery / patisserie industry. Our range includes mini cake boards with a tab (Gold / Black), large cake boards, muffin cases, printed tulip cups , baking moulds and Panettone cases. We can produce Gold / Silver and Gold / Black monoportion squares and rectangles in-house, in both small runs for the pastry chef and large runs for distributors or for export. Our in-house production allows us to produce bespoke sizes according to the requirements of the pastry chef. In addition to our packaging range, we offer premium quality disposable piping bags. Our piping bags are available with a 'smooth' exterior for everyday use, and we have an 'anti-slip' variety especially for use in the pastry kitchen. Our aerosol range includes 'cool spray' and 'shine spray', both designed for chocolate work. We export our products worldwide and can offer short lead times for export orders.

Our Story Established in January 2008 we invested in 3 Star CNC Sliding head machines. Little did we know that the financial crisis was just around the corner. We fell on some very hard times over the next few years and we had to do everything we could to survive, but survive we did. The work started to come back and we have grown year on year ever since. So much so that in 2012 we moved into bigger premises, over double the size of our previous factory. We have been steadily adding new Star sliding head machines and in 2013 we expanded our capabilities by purchasing our first fixed head machine, a CMZ TA20-YS. This allowed us to offer turned/milled parts up to 180mm diameter to our customers. As a result we were able to attract new customers as well as winning new work from existing customers. Our evolution didn't stop there, in 2015 we added another string to our bow with the purchase of a 3-axis CNC mill. Late in 2016 we purchased a Mitutoyo quick vision machine with touch probe, we then built an inspection room to accommodate it and in early 2017 we commissioned our dedicated inspection department. In January 2019 our most recent purchase, a Romi C420 lathe, means that we can now offer sample and small batch runs as well as prototypes and secondary operations on already machined parts. We are continually evolving and always striving to improve in every way possible. Engineering is our passion!

We offer tech pack development for underwear, swimwear and lounge wear including under-wired bras, corsetry, bodies, knickers, swimsuits, bikinis and much more. Services we offer are: Technical design: Creating design spec sheets in CAD, turning the designers vision into a technically viable design. Pattern cutting: We draft patterns with your customer fit in mind. Toile/Sampling: Our unit has the specialist machinery required for most lingerie and swimwear styles. We develop toiles and samples which we can fit in-house. Spec sheets: We create the necessary spec sheets including Measurement specs, Construction spec and Technical design spec. Depending on your requirements we can provide additional spec sheets at your request. Small runs production/CMT: We provide small runa of production with no minimums at our London studio. We are based in Wembley Park, London, UK and offer our services world-wide, serving many local and international clients We do not have any minimums and will happily work with start-ups and small companies.
