The vast majority of our bed frames are mesh based, which means we can confidently give a 5 year guarantee on all our mesh based frames. We set our own specifications and simply don’t accept what are on offer in manufacturers’ showrooms.

Any damage caused must be paid for and a refundable security deposit of £200 is required 2 weeks before arrival. We require that you have holiday insurance to cover your party's stay. Eeabank Lodge is situated in the rural village of Cark in Cartmel on the South Lakes Peninsula. Lake Windermere is 15 minutes drive away and Keswick at the top of the Lakeview about an hour's drive. There are many walks in the area and information and maps are available in the house.
