  4. ARKA TRAINING

    United Kingdom

We started in 2007. Our aim is to support the operation of small businesses to succeed in what they do, including compliance within the food safety and alcohol licensing law. We had more and more small businesses approach us and wanted to have a system where they can comply 100% with the law and grow as a business. The majority of our customers are in the alcohol and food business. We extend our support by not just supporting the running of their operation but also to train their staff in licensing matters and food safety matters. When the local authority inspectors visited the businesses and found that they were not in compliance with the law in food safety, licensing, health and safety, we were recommended by others to contact us. We work with them closely to set up a system that works for them, so that they no longer need to worry about compliance. In 2011 we decided to join BII (British Institute of innkeepers) Highfield Awarding Body for compliance and CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) to provide the businesses with a formal qualification for their staff training. We were trading under our sister company, London Wimbledon Academy. In 2014 we formed a new company ARKA TRAINING to focus mainly on the licensing and hospitality sector.
