The constant drive for technological improvement, innovation and research has allowed BIESSE to develop modular solutions capable of meeting all the production requirements of its clients, from the design of turnkey plant for large conglomerates, to single automated machines and work centres for small to medium enterprises and even down to the design, manufacture and sale of single highly technological components. Our UK team of 50+ are based on a 48, 500ft² site in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We have fully equipped training facilities and a comprehensive range of machines in our Technical Centre where you’ll be welcome to have a demonstration or indeed give them a ‘test drive’.

We work from a clean and modern facility where the plant can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week producing components for you, at the price and quality you expect. We deliver on time, every time. We have a range of machines from as low as 24 up to 120 tonnes, we are able to mould parts from ½ mm to 400mm in size (200g shot weight) with no limits on batch sizes. We offer our customers a large range of secondary operations to help minimise delivery charges and reduce lead times. We also offer our customers call off options for parts, with large amounts of stock here at BPY ready to be delivered as fast as the very next day.

This network of factories is additionally supported by wholly-owned subsidiaries based in Australia, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain and the USA who specialise locally in the sales, distribution and aftersales for all Mecc Alte's alternator solutions. We have a vertically integrated production structure; we control everything we do from the lamination die manufacturing right through to the final electronics.
