We use recycled materials and Ingeo™ PLA to produce our range. We are pleased to announce that we are now the sole UK distributor for Ecoware products and their growing line of environmentally friendly food & drink packaging. These compostable products are available to order now, our range includes paper cups, food boxes, smoothie cups, straws, and deli containers as part of the extensive range. All products in our range are fully biodegradable and compostable. If you have some ideas that you`re not sure of or are looking for inspiration to build on your existing packaging concepts, please come and visit us at our stand, our friendly team will be happy to bounce some ideas around with you and offer some advice. Great ideas but no artwork? Our design team can work from your brief and supply you with ideas and concepts to compliment your brand. Our studio uses industry-standard Adobe Creative Cloud software and can cover all eventualities from simple logo placement to full design and illustration. We endeavor to take the plastic out of packaging and are aiming to convert all existing and new clients over to our future friendly alternatives by 2021.

OUR STORY STARTS HEREThe story of Nostos started 20 years ago in the Greek city of Thessaloniki, one of the culinary capitals of Greece, with a diverse and multicultural food scene.That was the meeting point of Alex, our experienced head chef, and Kyriakos. Both being passionate about authentic, delicious food, it was not long before the idea of opening a restaurant together developed. After both friends moved to the UK, Brighton and Hove’s unique atmosphere provided the right backdrop against which the idea of Nostos was materialised.We firmly believe that a restaurant offering real Greek gastronomy was missing from the city and thus aim to provide an authentic Greek culinary experience.There is a lot of love for good food in our story and we look forward to continuing our pursue of exquisite food and seeing what the future has in store for Nostos.
