The Spa on site can be used by the guests throughout their stay with us and offers massage, manicures, facials and other treatments. Our bedrooms and suites range from small cosy doubles to superior rooms, junior suites, suites and garden cottages with private hot tubs. The 2 restaurants on-site can cater for casual dining in the bistro or fine dining in Fig. Private dining is available in small intimate rooms or our larger Montrose Suite that can seat 90 for a dinner. Our gardens and local area can be used for team building activities, wellness activities and mindfulness sessions. Weddings are a speciality at Cotswold House and we licenced for civil wedding receptions no site. The gardens make a beautiful backdrop for any photo opportunities, with the Cotswold Hills to the rear, and Britains most beautiful High Street and ancient building to the front.

    Set in a grand, white Victorian building, this upscale hotel is situated just a 3-minute walk from Hyde Park and 6 minutes' walk from Queensway tube station. It's also 10 minutes' walk from Paddington train station (offering connections for the Heathrow Express). Modern rooms feature air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and minifridges. Bathrooms have rainfall showers and mood lighting. Suites add separate sitting areas, and some include bathrooms with in-built TVs. Room service is available. The hotel has a business centre perfect for conferences and important meetings, as well as an exercise room to let you break a sweat in your down time. There's also an elegant restaurant offering modern British cuisine and terrace seating, as well as a cosy bar and lounge to relax in at the end of the evening.

  3. THE OLD MILL HOT TUB ROOMS YARM

    The Old Mill boasts several rooms on peaceful grounds. We have a range of standard doubles, refurbished luxury doubles, deluxe hot tub rooms and family rooms. On the grounds you will see the Old Mill, which is a converted windmill circa 1750, it was converted to a house in 1968 retaining many of its original features. A subsequent revamp was completed in September 2004 and it now homes the owners and their family. On the grounds there is a large outdoor seating area including a BBQ and a communal hot-tub which can be used until 9pm. The Old Mill no longer serves breakfast, but we highly recommend several local restaurants including Al Fornos & Manjaros which are around a 5 minute drive. For evening meals and a nice drink we recommend the Fox Covert, which is a 2 minute walk down the lane, it boasts a great family atmosphere. Alternatively, you can visit Yarm High Street, which is a 10 minute drive and is filled with beautiful restaurants, bars, pubs and even a night club if you want a dance on the weekend. There are many things to do in the area, a short walk down Leven Bank (5 mins) there is an Alpaca Farm where you can meet the Alpacas. Preston Park & Museum is a short drive and has a beautiful walk along the river, the museum itself and a huge park & skate park.
