I consult Ukrainian companies to ensure their market position and find a partner abroad. I am open to cooperation with European consulting and trade agencies in order to ensure business opportunities for Ukrainian entrepreneurs. AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING COMPANIES CONSULTING. There are more than 150 companies that are engaged in engineering (turbines, hydraulic, spare parts for engines) in the South part of Ukraine. I have contacted them and consulted them to create a new entry model for an external market (suppliers, buyers) to help them develop value-added chains. AGRICULTURE COMPANIES CONSULTING. I have been engaged in advising of farm business in Ukraine since 2001. The list of clients is more than 100. The main topics: effectiveness of business, implementation of new technologies, calculation of future costs for production, evaluation of new markets, price formation, the competitiveness of a farm, and new products. FOOD COMPANIES CONSULTING. I have worked with food companies since 2008 in Ukraine and Central Asia. I organize a focus group of clients and conduct questionnaires of consumers. The main topic: target customer model, brand philosophy, price formations, consumer behavior, evaluation of start-ups, export business model. WOMEN BUSINESS CONSULTING. As a volunteer, I consult women in the South Part of Ukraine on how to make their business effective. The main topics: creative in business, SMM, start-up implementation.

We represent Ukrainian manufacturers in European countries. We search for potential clients, make first contacts & provide our clients with warm contacts. We also develop a general export strategy for Ukrainian manufacturers including: * analyzing European markets, selecting potential ones and setting priorities, * developing commercial offers for segmented target audiences, * assessing company's readiness to export from production capacity to personnel hiring & training, * developing marketing communication strategy for exiting European markets, * designing an export roadmap. We can implement this strategy as export-agents or support the project as consultants. Special attention is paid to cultural diversity. We stand for quality in products that we represent so all companies are checked for the quality. We can also find proper, credit-worthy Ukrainian manufactures to become partners as distributors in the Ukrainian market or for investments.
