The material is nice on the touch, it has no knots and is not slippery even in case of a rainy weather. Wooden and polymer composites are one of the most prospect modern materials differing with high operational characteristics and wide spectrum of applications. The production of wooden and polymer composite materials (WPC) was started in end 80-s years of the previous century. Today enterprises on production of products of WPC are in most countries of the world. As for now the leading positions in creation and import thereof are taken by USA and Canada, however the production of such materials expands steadily in Europe and Asia, Russia and Ukraine. The reasons for active development of this group of materials are: Good ratio of price and quality indexes; Evident ecological advantages in production and application; Long-term life of products, low expenses on assembling works and operation (clearing, repair). Wooden and polymer composite is produced of mixture of crushed wood or analogue cellulose containing raw materials, thermoplastic polymers, with addition of small quantities of additives and colourants. When we use the term WPC in fact we imply the wide group of materials which differ considerably in composition and properties.

Complex of enterprises GIR is one of the leaders of the refractory industry of Ukraine. We produce the wide range of the refractory materials for all the industry sectors, where high temperatures are applied. Being the owners, GIR manages 4 large refractory plants in Ukraine. Velikoanadolsky Refractory Integrated Plant provides a complete technological cycle of production, from raw material extraction and ending with the production of finished products and specializes in the production of aluminosilicate refractory products of wide range. KDZ Silica Plant produces refractory silica and zircon products and mixtures. Druzhkovka Refractory Plant specializes in refractory mixtures (concrete, buffer, rammed, taphole and plastic masses) and refractories of various chemical composition (periclase, periclase-carbonaceous, chrome-periclase, periclase-chromite, mullite, mullite-corundum, etc.). Krasnogorovka Refractory Plant is the only enterprise in Ukraine, which produces products from fused quartz glass (fused silica) and also specializes in production of corundum-graphite products. GIR has own raw materials base such like the Vladimirovka Field of Secondary Kaolin. That gives the possibility to completely satisfy the needs of own refractory production for aluminum silicate and silica raw materials and to supply these materials to external customers. All the sales of the refractory products of the GIR group are performed only through trade representation company GIR International.

Toxicity: non-toxic. Absorbance: 1: 8 Reaction time: 1-2 min. Recycling: burning high-calorie fuel. Dry lignin (raw materials for medical sorbent) Composition: lignin 15-18% moisture. Fractional composition: 90% of 0-2 mm. Toxicity: non-toxic.Adsorption capacity: 0.04 g Lignin hydrolised (moisture - 53%) Moisture - 53%, Ash content - 10-12%, Sulfur content - 0.4%. Pellets from lignin hydrolised Product characteristics: Moisture - 18%, Ash content - 10-12%, Sulfur content - 0.4%. Calorific power - 4950 kcal/t, Pellet size - 30 mm in diameter. With considerable reserves of raw materials and new equipment we are able to produce our products about 30 000 tonnes per year.
