The Metallurgical enterprise "Dniprodzerzhynsky steelmaking plant" is a proven leader of the Ukrainian steel industry with a wide nomenclature and serial production of the steel casting. The enterprise has mastered and has inculcated in serial production a new type of products is a steel and cast-iron shot (spherical and grit) of screen size from 0, 3 to 4, 75 mm. The production capacity is 500-800 tons per month. We have conducted wide modernization of existent foundry capacity and have installed a new modern manufacturing line, and now our enterprise produces of high-quality products. Please note that the steel and cast-iron shot of our production fully corresponds is according to world chemical analysis and hardness index and ISO (11124-3) and SAE (J444, J827) standards. Enterprise is the only supplier of low-carbon shot in Ukraine. Our products correspond to the quality of the world's largest manufacturers such as Winoa and Ervin Amasteel.The using of steel and cast iron fractions of our production is economically more profitable for your company, because our technological process completely excludes the presence of voids in the fraction, which greatly improves the efficiency of data processing. Today the plant is a leading manufacturer of hardware in Ukraine, specializing in the production of low-carbon and high-carbon wire. Products of "Dneprometiz" are used in mechanical engineering, construction, agriculture, during repair work, in the service sector and other areas of activity.The company's products are in demand both in Ukraine and in European countries. The company is constantly working on creating new solutions for end users and customers of products.In June 2021, Dneprometiz began production of 3D and 2D welded mesh for sectional fences. The raw material for the welded mesh is zinc and zinc-aluminum coated wire. Sectional fences need to be strong and durable as they have to withstand harsh weather and other environmental influences. To guarantee the resistance of fences to these factors for many years of operation, high precision in production and additional means of protection against corrosion of galvanized wire are needed. A galvanized wire pretreatment process has been introduced in the technological line for the application of polymer coatings. For this, a complex of the latest Western European equipment has been installed. Corrosion resistance of fence panels 3D and 2D is increased by 5 times.
