The Metallurgical enterprise "Dniprodzerzhynsky steelmaking plant" is a proven leader of the Ukrainian steel industry with a wide nomenclature and serial production of the steel casting. The enterprise has mastered and has inculcated in serial production a new type of products is a steel and cast-iron shot (spherical and grit) of screen size from 0, 3 to 4, 75 mm. The production capacity is 500-800 tons per month. We have conducted wide modernization of existent foundry capacity and have installed a new modern manufacturing line, and now our enterprise produces of high-quality products. Please note that the steel and cast-iron shot of our production fully corresponds is according to world chemical analysis and hardness index and ISO (11124-3) and SAE (J444, J827) standards. Enterprise is the only supplier of low-carbon shot in Ukraine. Our products correspond to the quality of the world's largest manufacturers such as Winoa and Ervin Amasteel.The using of steel and cast iron fractions of our production is economically more profitable for your company, because our technological process completely excludes the presence of voids in the fraction, which greatly improves the efficiency of data processing. "Casting Engineering Company" (“CEC”) is producer of casting parts for different areas of in-dustry. We produce goods from various ferrous and non-ferrous metals: Cast iron: gray cast iron GG15 - GG-30, ductile iron GGG35 - GGG70, alloy cast iron, high-alloy cast irons (up to 32% for chromium); Steel castings: carbon steel, steel 1.4777 (GX130CrSi29), low-alloy and high-alloy steels in-cluding stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys with special properties; Casting of copper, bronze, various grades of brass, aluminum and aluminum alloys. For casting we are using lost foam casting technology. Using of this technology allows us to reach high dimensional accuracy and surface finish up to Rz40 without machining. That allow significantly reduce the weight of the casting and often completely abandon of machining. All our products are tested for compliance with drawing requirements. Depending on necessary we provide different types of technical control including: chemical analysis (all the products) and mechanical test (if need, we do tensile strength, impact strength). If necessary, it is possible to carry out other technical tests. "CEC" also can provide services for machined parts, welding, assembling and painting (includ-ing powder paint). Also in our company has been issuing decorative casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
