Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill Private Joint-Stock Company is one of the largest European producers of paper products and part of the Austrian company Pulp Mill Holding. Ordering several houses it is possible to make other cross-section of beam.Soft bitumen roofing is the most is perfect for houses of fine timber.The covering might be made of profiled sheet metal.A house made of thin profiled beam is supposed to be used as accommodation for warm months, so inexpensive wooden windows with simple decorations areavailable (the windows are open using simple latches).It is possible to use metal-plastic windows and windows from laminated veneer lumber. Doors are usually completely wooden made from an array pine.It is not necessary to do the thermal insulation of the roof. If the roof is insulated, heat insulation is laid between the rafters and closed with timber imitation (decking 19 mm thick). The ceiling is not usually a straight line but oblique, it precisely follows the slope of the rafters. If the roof is insulated, the house is less hot in summer. We can also insulate the floor. We use basaltinsulation or natural insulation based on flax fires and hydrated lime (hempcrete).Such houses are usually of one floorheight, so we make direct overlap over the part of the premises for the attic sleeping place.Accurate four-corner joints milled in thin profiled beam protect effectively the corners from leaking and ventilation.

Dear Sir/Madam We are Ukrainian company situated in Kiev Ukraine. Manufacturing facilities located in c. Malin Zhitomir region 100 km. from Kiev. Our equipment gives us opportunity to produce minimum 2000 m3 per month square edged pine timber. On the territory of our factory we have capacity for wood preservation. In wood preservation process we use only Anti Blue Select liquid, which we buy only from official certified exclusive dealer in Ukraine. Also we can provide KD pine timber, moisture from 12-18%. We rent on regular basis drying tunnels. Per month we can provide 1500-1700 m3 KD pine timber. Equipment: All equipment we bought in 2014 from Turkish manufacturer “AKEMSAN”. 1) Primary cutting of Logs we do on band saw blades. Two machines 2) After this we get unsquared blocks with bark which are moving by transporter lines to multiple disk saw, after this we get square edged export quality pine timber. One machine. 3) Also in order to maximize output from logs, we have buckers break band saw machines, by using them we additionally get from 2 till 4 unsquared board. Two machines. 4) After buckers break machines, unsquared boards moving to the trimming disc machines, where we cut of bark edgings. Two machines. 5) After multiple disk and trimming disc machines, all timber is transporting to the cross cut disc machine, where we do individual cross cutting to length. 6) After this we pack timber according to the terms of buyer for final transportation.
