We provide our customers with prefabricated piping systems for nuclear and conventional power generation, as well as Oil and Gas and petrochemical industries. Our mill has fully certified quality, health, safety and environment management systems according to international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001. Technological processes are qualified recognized inspection agencies for compliance with EN and ASME standards, as well as Ukrainian and Russian norms. Last year our company was approved by TAEK of Turkey as a manufacturer of nuclear safety class equipment. Our production facilities employ equipment of such European suppliers as Schaffer, Fronius, ESAB, Messer which, along with the advanced technology, training and development system, guarantee high quality and safety of all our operations, including bending, welding, heat-treatment, testing and quality control. Since the moment of its establishment, our mil has supplied more than 15000 tons of piping products for more than 65 facilities.

The company is ready to produce metal structures and parts for the following industries: metallurgy; shipbuilding; mechanical engineering; petrochemical industry; food industry, etc. The production sites are certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and EN 1090, ISO 3834, and are located in key regions of Ukraine. This location allows us to deliver products through Western border of Ukraine to Europe and delivery to closest seaport for further transportation worldwide. The company can deliver products with third-party certification. The workshops are equipped with the necessary materials handling machinery and equipment. Among the equipment are present milling, bending, turning and drilling machines. ELCASTLE Ukraine LLC may act as a general contractor to carry out the following activities. Construction and reconstruction: access tracks and turnouts; crane rails; tram rails; the mound; overpass; artificial constructions; level crossings (all categories); Industrial buildings and facilities.
