Company was established on the basis of the supply of imported yarn varieties used in Gaziantep Carpet Sector in November 2013. As THRONE TEKSTIL, jute, polyester, acrylic, warp yarns are imported from Malaysia, Bangladesh and India. In addition, jute yarn is manufactured from sacks, bags, shoes, etc. are imported products. 3500 Tons in 2014 8000 Tons in 2015 and 11000 Tons Jute Yarn and 14 Container Jute yarn diversified products in 2016 were imported to Turkey. THRONE’S MAIN PRINCIPLE IS TO BE BUYING GOODS IN REASONABLE PRICE AND HOLD OUR INTEREST IN ITS LIMIT TO BE PERMANENT IN THE SECTOR. We specialize on production of warp-knitted terry fabrics with natural and synthetic threads with capacity over 180 tons per month. Our fabrics are perfect for soft, water absorbent and voluminous towels, bathrobes, home and children clothes. Our production cycle includes: -R&D of the terry fabrics with different patterns. -Carefully select high quality yarns and threads of cotton, bamboo, polyester. -Warp knitting the fabrics, width of 160 cm or any standard towel width, one or double side terry loops. -Dying in any colour. Warp knitting technology allows to produce terry fabric with face side polyester terry which is suitable for sublimation printing, back side cotton or bamboo terry . Our in-house digital print department provides us to help quickly and more effectively to print our customers’ products. The sublimation technique that we use for printing has many advantages such as low minimum order quantity, high colour resolution, extra washing fastness and cost effectiveness. We proudly offer our special fabrics to give our customers for their printed towel demands. Our main aim is sustainability in growth, creation of new products, provisioning perfect service and achieving high customers satisfaction.
