CFS PROFILE started its production in 1996 in the city of Gebze located in Kocaeli province. The company has continued its production activities without leaving the ideal of quality product and customer service. In the early days of its business life, it has employed the most important engineers and masters of open profile and roll-form technologies. CFS Profile works on cold and hot rolled steel materials, galvanized or not, and concentrates on all forms of cold rolling on these raw materials. In our production site, we serve our customers with press brake cutting bending units, roll-form forming units, eccentric presses, and LFS light-steel building production machine. From its establishment until 2020, the company had operated under Özel Machinery within Özel Group. Starting from 2020, the company started its activities as a separate entity and also proceeded with a detached name and identity change. It’s not only a steel-shaping company, but it also produces and sells prefabricated and light-gauge steel structures with partner company CFS Structure. CFS Structure, which can produce all kinds of pre-manufactured structures, can also take in charge the commitment of the products it produces. CFS Structure has been operating since 2020 with its current title, however it has provided contracting services in countries around the world under other names and has been successful in its field before joining Özel Group. PRODUCTS DOORS: We firstly aim to deliver high quality interior wooden veneer coated doors and lacquer painted doors with outstanding prices to our costumers. Profiles: We have many profiles in standarts of 10, 12, 14 and 16cm in many products such as flat door frame, curved door frame, flat trim, L trim, buckled trim, astragal strip, glazing bead. One of the important product of our factory is solid panels made of oak, pine, spruce, sapelli, iroko, walnut and chestnut. SOLID PANNELS: The solid panel has always had a distinctive place in our company. Our production of solid panels, which started in 2000, is progressing with maximum efficiency by supporting 7 units of 5-layer hot press, long finger joining lines and with many machines such as opticut. IMPREGNATION: The impregnation process in our company is carried out by bringing the kiln-dried timber to their final dimensions and impregnating the surface with 12 bar pressure. There are two different types: Green Impregnation and Brown Impregnation.
