Established by Arif BAĞÇELİ in Denizli 1st Industrial Area in 1970, BMS BAHÇELİ MAKİNA SAN VE TİC LTD ŞTİ embarked on its adventure with lack of material, shortage of machine, irregular systems without technology, sesame machines, halva machines, and cloth cylinders. After developing rolling mills, it has shifted its production totally to the production of rolling mill and stayed on this course thereafter. In our business life that we started with 2 lathe machines, 1 drill, and 1 welding machine in a small 80m2 workshop, we are also proud of being a pioneering firm in the sector with the production and consultancy of rolling mills from A to Z with 5, 500 m2 closed area, cnc machines (lathes, processing center, double colon etc.) and universal counters. The regions where we have installed rolling mill first started with the cities of Denizli, İzmir, Karabük, Afyon, Kayseri, Niğde, Aksaray, Manisa, Çorum, Nevşehir, and İskenderun and went on with export to nearly twenty countries. With our invention “log shears” in particular whose patent belongs to us, our firm has started with log cutting of 80×80 mm in rolling mill sector since 1980s and achieved the capacity of log cutting up until 200×200 mm today and provides great convenience and saving to rolling mill sector. Denizli Pestemal have a great experience about the production of turkish towels and peshtemals.We are the one of the leading company of peshtemal manufacturing. Our factory and warehouse are located in, a town of Denizli, Kizilcaboluk.Our main products are Turkish Towels, Peshtemals, Peshkirs, Peshtemal Robes and Throws. In addition to them, we are manufacturing the table cloths and sofa covers. We use cotton, bamboo, viskose and polyester yarns. Mostly we use 20/1 ring and 20/2 ring cotton yarn to get greatest quality. Denizli Pestemal is working with the biggest Dye-Stuff Houses which have OEKO-TEX Certificate.We have handloom machines and semi-auto loom machines. Our loom machines are suitable for dobby-style peshtemal weave and jacquard-style peshtemal weave. Denizli Pestemal implements JIT production techniques. It provides us work with minimum stock, minimum costs, and maximum quality.We have experienced weaver team, fringe-maker team, QC team and packing team. All our staffs have at least 5 years production experience about the peshtemal. Denizli Pestemal is completely family company.
