The company Robes d'Asya is a haute couture workshop specialized in the manufacture of wedding dresses, evening dresses and dresses of the traditional “Caftans or Keswa” tailor-made or in small series of sizes. We are also wholesalers in evening dresses for quantity purchases by lots of series sizes. We make the dress of your dreams tailor-made or in standard size with the utmost care, according to our traditional sewing methods. The finishes of our wedding dresses and evening wear are high-end and hand-made. The manufacture is 100% artisanal and made in our own workshops in Turkey. We also make the models on request part of the inspiration photos of our customers with the desired modifications. For merchants, we also offer and make your collections wedding dresses or evening/traditional/ceremony dresses in small series, with several sizes available or adjustable on 3 sizes via laces in the back. At each stage of custom-made dresses, we share the photos and videos of the work done for confirmation before delivery. We deliver you anywhere in the world with DHL or UPS in 3 to 7 working days to your home. You can simply track your delivery progress via the package tracking number.

We provide tailor made or standard all steel cast products (including pipes, rolls, liners) defined by DIN-EN 10293, duplex/superduplex, stainless steel, adamite, sferoidal and acicular iron and ductile iron. Castings can be supplied up to 25 tons single piece in as cast, finished machined or assembled form. Centrifugally casted pipes rollers, bi-metallic products and liners can be provided up to; Ø800 mm OD and 6.000 mm length in horizontal centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø700 mm OD, 700 mm length total weight 550 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.000 mm OD, 1.000 mm length total weight 8.000 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.800 mm OD, 2.000 mm length. We also supply open die forging parts. Forged parts can be supplied from 2500 kg, 4300 kg and 7200 kg ingots in special alloys according to customer specifications. Upon requirements, Argon Oxygen Decarburising Converter (AOD) is used to further eliminate undesired elements in the steel as well as to minimize the dissolved gases such as O, N and H for the parts under 5 tons single piece. AOD secures low carbon (<0, 010) , low sulphur (<0, 003) , and low hydrogen (<2 ppm) for speciality alloy castings used in high demanding applications such as offshore, energy, defence, heavy-lifting and mining. Third party inspector service from international auditing companies such as BV, GL, DNV... during or after production period is provided according to customer request.
