Each part is carefully controlled step by step in the production process. DigiSU’s towel warmers are produced with brazing process. After brazing every towel warmer is pressure tested in 10 bar. The white models are phosphodegreased and painted with epoxy polyester powder; the chrome models are chrome plated.

After our success in producing ingot aluminium we decided to produce billet aluminium and in 2009 we build a 9000 m² billet aluminium factory in a 50000m² open field. In this factory we produce 3500 tons of billet aluminium per month. In 2019 we continiue growing our business and added a new aluminium extrusion factory to our company as Erfa aluminium in Velimese OSB/Corlu.
